Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours in a resealable plastic bag to prevent it from absorbing food odors. Remove from the bag and place on the skin.

Microwave: Remove the cereal pouch from the cover. Heat for 2 minutes in a microwave oven (1000 watts) and replace the cereal pouch in the cover. Do not overheat.
Oven: If you don't have a microwave, instructions for heating in the oven are included in the package.
