How to use your thermotherapy pad?
Just like our therapeutic bear for ages 6 and up, the Béké-Bobo thermotherapy pad can be heated or cooled depending on the desired application.
To heat it: place your thermotherapy pad in the microwave without its cover, for two minutes.
To cool it: place your thermotherapy pad the freezer for two hours or more, before use.

Making and packaging
