Read the instructions carefully before using the product. These can be found in the leaflet that is in the therapeutic bear box or the compress and in our frequently asked questions section.

Also, never allow a child under 3 years of age to use this product without adult supervision due to the risk of choking. This could occur if the cereal pouch and cover are torn and the cereal goes into the baby's mouth.

  • To wash your bag, remove the cereal-stuffed pouch from the product. Machine wash the cover in cold water. The cereal-stuffed pouch is not washable.
  • The cover can be dried in your dryer.
  • If the compress has absorbed food odors from your freezer, simply add a few drops of vanilla essence in a small glass of water, place it beside the cereal-stuffed pouch in the microwave, and heat for 15 seconds. The odors should disappear.

The compress is made of 100% Minky polyester and a pouch stuffed with an optimal blend of cereals. Tags with instructions and warnings are attached to the cover.

Microwave: Remove the cereal pouch from the cover. Heat for 3 minutes in a microwave oven (1000 watts) and replace the cereal pouch in the cover. Do not overheat.

Oven: If you don't have a microwave, instructions for heating in the oven are included in the package.

Cold

Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours in a resealable plastic bag to prevent it from absorbing food odors. Remove from the bag and place on the skin.
